For this fish recipe you’ll need…

1-2 lbs Cod
1 med onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 orange bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
2 scallions
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 teaspoon smoky paprika (hot)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon achiote oil (or olive oil)
2 tablespoons parsley
1 stalk celery
4 sprigs thyme
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
