You’ll Need…
1 Sea Bass (1-2lbs)
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 med fennel
2 scallions
1-2 tablespoon light soy sauce
2-3 tablespoon olive oil
small piece of ginger
1 small lemon
1 bird’s eye pepper (optional)
Important: If doing this dish gluten free do go through the list of ingredients to make sure they meet with your gluten free dietary needs. Especially the Soy Sauce – get a gluten free version.
