Learn how to make Crispy Chicken Wings with Chris De La Rosa of CaribbeanPot.com. We’ll first marinate the chicken wings in a Caribbean influenced brine for about an hour before frying them until they are crispy and golden. These chicken wings are gluten free as we don’t use a batter, has a wonderful herbal note and there’s a gently kick from the peppers we use.
You can serve these crispy chicken wings with a Mango Habanero Sauce: https://youtu.be/hWjVwATfdVg
