A Non Traditional Caribbean Ginger Beer Holiday Feast Club.

Here’s my take on Caribbean ginger beer. Using my dad’s traditional way of making ginger beer as done in Trinidad and Tobago, but with my own twists. Unlike traditional ginger beer recipes from the Caribbean, this one will be ready to serve and enjoy in less than 1 hour. However you can allow it to steep longer for a stronger ginger beer.

I must also mention that this ginger beer can be considered spiked, with the addition of white rum.

“Holiday Feast Club is a collective of YouTube foodies coming together to offer up their non-traditional holiday recipes. Feast Club is about international flavor, personal flair, and those generations-old family recipes we all love to share. Whether it’s a twist on a classic or a new culinary creation, each cook brings something unique to the table. Hope you’re hungry!”
