Here’s my take on a Jamaican Classic dish, actually our national dish folks! Jamaican Ackee and Saltfish with a little Turkey Bacon to spice it up somewhat! As I’ve alway said “It’s all about using ingredients in your local area to make the best dish you can” I hope you all enjoy it and will try it in your neck of the woods!!
