For this pumpkin stew you’ll need…

3 lbs pumpkin
1 cup prepared salted fish
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 sprig thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 scotch bonnet pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
pinch black pepper
