Grouper Heads Steamed In Oyster Sauce

Here is my take on Grouper heads steamed in Oyster sauce with veggies. Thought I’d go for an Asian twist to this Caribbean favorite.
You will need;
2 medium size Grouper Fish heads
2 med Carrots
2 stalk Celery
2 med corns
1 Green Pepper
2 Tomatoes
4 Gloves garlic
2 sprigs Culantro, 2 sprigs Thyme, 1/4 cup parsley 2 stalks scallions or green onions
1/4 cup Oyster Flavor Sauce
1 tblspn Sirracha Hot Sauce
1 teaspn Old Bay Seasoning
1 Teaspn Adobo Seasoning
4 tablspn Olive Oil
