Healthy Green Smoothie Day 1 |

We’re starting of our week of smoothies with a delicious green smoothie, packed with goodness to help you get a jump start on your day/week. With spinach, avocado, coconut water and other tropical ingredients, you’ll be quite pleased at the boost of energy you’ll get from a small glass.

For this healthy green smoothie you’ll need…

1 stick celery
1 mango
2 cups spinach
2-3 cups coconut water
1/2 avocado
2 thin slices of ginger
1 banana
