Homecoming Episode 8 Black Pudding And A Quick Recipe.

In this episode of “Homecoming” we’re shopping for black blood pudding at Charlie’s in San Fernando and then I’ll show you a quick and delicious way to use black pudding that’s a day or two old. We’ll refry it with chopped onion, scotch bonnet pepper and add a bit of freshly sliced pimento peppers to the mix (also known as seasoning peppers). Black or blood pudding in Trinidad and Tobago are much different that in other countries as we use a lot of fresh herbs and seasonings in it’s preparation.
