Jerk Salmon with Mango Salsa Made Easy!

Salmon fillet
– 1 tspJerk Seasoning
– 1tspblack pepper
– 1tsp salt
– 1 Scotch bonnet
– 1 tspThyme
– 1 tspJerk paste
– 1tsp fish seasoning
– 1 cup Chopped mango
– 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
– 1 cup mixed peppers
– 1 tsp honey
– 1 cup onions
– 1tsp olive oil
– Wash salmon with water and lemon
– slit salmon
– make jerk seasoning in a bowl by mixing Jerk seasoning, black pepper, salt
– Scotch bonnet, Thyme, Fish seasoning and water
– massage seasoning into fish
– Marinate fish for upto 8 hrs
– Fry salmon for 5 min on each side until cooked through
– then oven 180 degrees for 5-10 mins
Mango salsa
– chopped mango
– chopped pineapple
– mixed peppers
– honey
– onions
– lime juice
– salt
– pepper
– oil
– mix
leave in fridge for 30 mins
Carefully spoon mango salsa on salmon
