Had to make this again this year! The wifie would not let up until it was done. Here I stuffed my turkey with orange and onions and garlic plus lots of peppery Jamaican jerk seasoning. Then I rubbed the entire bird with the marinade and even push some under the skin. I left this overnight then baked covered in a 450 degree oven for about 3 and a half hours. I then removed the cover, based it with orange juice and bake for another half hour. It was juicy and flavorful and was gone quickly after I carved it! 🙂
