Shrimp Wontons Recipe Tasty Tuesday’s |

For these shrimp wontons you’ll need…

3/4 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 scallion
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
pinch black pepper
1/4 scotch bonnet (optional)
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
1 teaspoon soy sauce
pinch of salt
wonton wrappers
3 cups veg oil for frying
