1 1/2 lbs Sorrel
3/4 Boiling Water
5 Cinnamon Leaves
18 Pimento Seeds
Dried Orange Peel

To Sweeten:
1/2 cup White Rum
1/2 cup Red Label Wine
Sugar to Taste
