This spread can also be used as a dip for potato chips, crackers and vegetable , like carrots, broccoli, cucumber, celery etc.

For this vegetable Cream Cheese spread, you’ll need…

1 package of plain cream cheese
1 small carrot
1/2 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (*optional)
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
