VIDEO: The Ultimate Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings Recipe.

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings are not a traditional Caribbean recipe, but you will still notice some elements of Caribbean cooking, like the use of scotch bonnet pepper to give the wings a slight kick and the herbal notes we like so much on the islands. Watch how to make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with the help of cookbook author Chrs De La Rosa.

For this recipe you’ll need…

3 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoon veg Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper pepper
1 scallion (chopped finely)
2 sprigs thyme
1/2 scotch bonnet pepper (diced fine – no seeds)
3/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

Note: when seasoning the chicken wings you can also add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for that pronounced garlic taste.
