In the women’s 400m hurdles, at Saturday’s (May 2) International Meeting Region Guadeloupe here at the Stade de Baie-Mahault in Guadeloupe, American Cassandra Tate, who trailed rivals into the straight, finished very fast to take the women’s 400m hurdles in 56.31.

Jamaican Rushell Clayton, who was right in the mix, finished third in 56.83, just behind American Tiffany Williams 56.82.

Sisters Nikita Tracey 57.94 and Ristananna Tracey 58.21 were 5th and 6th respectively.
