Sandals plans to construct 12 more new overwater bungalows at the company’s rebranded Sandals South Coast resort in Jamaica. The resort company introduced the first overwater bungalows available anywhere in the English-speaking Caribbean in Jamaica early in 2017. Described as “honeymoon butler bungalows,” the accommodations are available for booking starting in November. Guests in the bungalows will enjoy exclusive elements, including an in-room dining and room service menu, personal greeting at the airport, expedited immigration, private luxury transfers, and welcome gifts comprising a branded tote and towel set, as well as Molton Brown bathroom amenities. Additionally, the bungalows will feature the “butler elite” service of Sandals, which includes 24-hour room service. The new Sandals bungalow accommodations can be had starting at $1,078 per person per night. New overwater suites will debut in St. Lucia in the n ear future, according to a Sandals spokesperson.
