Another of the restaurants on the property of the Rockhouse Hotel, this one offers a modern take on classic Jamaican jerk cooking. A variety of island traditions are on display here, including the traditional open-air, music-filled atmosphere. Enjoy the smoked chicken, pork or fish fresh out of the jerk pan grill. Every meal includes the classic “yard” cuisine sides. Offering a culinary tour of the island on its menu, Pushcart features peppered shrimp, steamed fish with bammy, and home-made jerk sausage. Nightly entertainment complete with dancehall-inspired visual displays and tropical drinks makes for the complete island experience.
