Located in an 18th century Great House in Falmouth, the culinary tour exposes you to some of the best in Jamaican and Caribbean foods in a setting marked by panoramic view of the ocean, expansive lawns, and exquisite gardens. Each visitor gets his/her own work station so you’ll always have a view of the chef as he provides instruction and guidance in preparing jerk sauce, coconut rundown with shrimp, festival and callaloo. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy an authentic Jamaican meal that includes jerk chicken.
