Day 339 of 365 Things to Do, See & Eat in Jamaica – Feed Hummingbirds at Rockland Bird Sanctuary

Home to thousands of birds, Rockland Bird Sanctuary is located in the garden of a charming cottage. Also known as the Rockland’s feeding station, visitors have the opportunity to feed wild hummingbirds right from their hands. All tours are given by the manager Fritz, who has worked in the garden for over 15 years. The property was originally owned by his aunt Lisa Salmon, affectionately known as the “bird lady.” Tours starting from Montego Bay last approximately 2 hours, making it convenient tourists.

About 365 Things to Do, See and Eat in Jamaica
Jamaica has so many unique foods, places and events to offer. These things are often missed by visitors to Jamaica and even locals. Our goal is to have you try new things and see what Jamaica has to fully offer with something to do 365 days of the year. Please note that these are all our opinions and we are always open to suggestions.
