JOB TITLE: Senior Loans Officer

LOCATION:  Grace Kennedy. Kingston

DESCRIPTION: Ensuring the effective initiation, generation, management and maintenance of the loan portfolio; Educating and guiding members on the best ways to utilize the loan facilities and product offerings Planning and co-ordinating the marketing activities of the Credit Union

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Finance, or equivalent;  Minimum of three (3) years’ credit union or banking experience, with loan administration responsibility; Prior experience (proven track record) in Marketing/Sales; Supervisory Management Training; Excellent credit evaluation skills and sound delinquency management skills; Well developed interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills; Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, displaying effective time management. organizational, customer service and problem-solving skills; High levels of initiative and accuracy; whilst able to work well under pressure; Flexibility with regard to working hours; Own and operate a reliable motor vehicle; Knowledge of Emortelle system would be a distinct advantage
