QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
I left a family member in charge of my business building in downtown and the person she made live upstairs is behaving badly. Now she has put a lock on the grill and removed the one I left. I understand she doesnt want the place inspected and my family member can no longer access the storage area as the lock on the grill bars her out. She went to court and got a summons to get back the building, but cant pass the grill and the woman is in hiding.

RESPONSE: Dear Marshal
You dont need to worry. The summons can be placed on the grill if you are claiming only to recover the premises. You must however say how many times you tried to serve the woman and could not find her. When you are placing it on the grill, simple bend in the corners and staple them together through the available space. Our team member can assist once certain conditions are met.
