We asked our facebook fans to help answer a question submitted to us by email:  I am flying into Montego Bay from New York. I am traveling on a French passport. I wanted to book a one way as I am not sure if I will be there 2 weeks or a month. Does Jamaican immigration require that I have a return ticket out of Jamaica?

D. Farina – Oh yes, i am quite sure yuh do, cause mi as a German needed oneK.

S. Jaja -  immigration wants you to have a return ticket (to somewhere) – but i bet they would sell you one for a little less than a million dollars – after they take you to the back room 🙂

V. Will – Just buy an open return ticket

I.Verweij – If it’s possible book an open return ticket, I’ve always needed to have a return ticket that I could show them.

T. LeClair – You must have either a return ticket or a ticket to another destination.
