Students Advocate Good Dental Health Practices

Students of the Thompson Town Primary School in Clarendon present a comedic and dramatic version to an original song about good dental hygiene. The students participated in the Oral Health Competition at the Anglican Church Hall, Clarendon as part of the initiatives for Oral Health Month being celebrated in October.

The students were urged to practice what they have learnt throughout the competition which featured quiz, poster and deejay sections. Each year the Southern Regional Health Authority stages several initiatives for Oral Health Month geared at sensitizing and promoting good oral health practices among citizens.

These young men from the Alston High School in Clarendon captivated the audience with their interesting and informative lyrics about good dental health practices. The trio participated in the Dental Health competition staged by the Clarendon Health Department as part of its Oral Health Month celebration.
