JOB TITLE: Human Resource Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management; Minimum five (5) years human resource management experience; Minimum three (3) years’ experience at the management level; Knowledge of Jamaican Labor Laws, regulations and practices; Experience with organizational development and re-engineering; Experience with administration of employee compensation and benefits; Excellent communication and interviewing skills; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Excellent Interpersonal Skills including counseling and dispute resolution; Energetic and unperturbed by extended work hours; Unquestionable integrity and trust.
