“Lions” By Skip Marley to Be Featured By Major TV Sports Networks​

Major TV Sports Networks including MLB Network (Major League Baseball) ESPN and FOX Sports have picked “Lions” by next generation Marley family member Skip Marley to be featured for use in their sports programming including full use, bumpers, highlights, teases, rollouts and montages through the first quarter of 2018.

“LIons” was just used during a Cleveland Cavaliers game broadcast on ESPN last week and between the networks the song will be used in a wide variety of their programming: MLB baseball, NBA basketball,soccer, golf, NASCAR, college basketball and the network’s popular daily highlight shows like SportsCenter and FOX Sports Live.

Skip Marley’s “Lions” was released by Island Records on February 3, 2017 by Island Records.  “Lions” has moved up the Jamaica Music Countdown Chart in its third week to #20 and debuts on the New York and So. Florida Top 30 Singles Charts this week also.

“Lions” marks Skip’s third appearance on the Jamaica Music Countdown, having previously charted with his Tuff Gong International singles “Life” peaking at #2 and “Cry To Me” which spent three weeks at #1 in spring of 2016.and is distributed throughout Jamaica and the Caribbean by Tuff Gong International.
