Comedic Excellence : Juliet “Julie Mango” Bodley

Juliet Bodley, affectionately known as “Julie Mango,” is a celebrated Jamaican comedian and social media personality. Renowned for her humorous skits that vividly depict Jamaican culture, she has garnered a substantial following on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Beyond entertainment, Bodley is a dedicated mental health advocate, openly sharing her personal journey to inspire and support others.

Sporting Excellence : Rojé Stona

Rojé Stona made history at the 2024 Paris Olympics by securing Jamaica’s first gold medal in a field event. His remarkable discus throw of 70.00 metres not only earned him the top podium spot but also set a new Olympic record, marking a significant milestone in Jamaican athletics.

Reggae Performance Excellence : Gramps Morgan

Gramps Morgan, a standout member of the Grammy-winning group Morgan Heritage, is celebrated for his soulful voice and commanding stage presence. Mortimer‘s soulful track, “Not a Day Goes By,” has captivated audiences worldwide with its heartfelt lyrics and smooth melodies. The song showcases his exceptional vocal talent and has solidified his place in the reggae music scene.

Media Excellence : Cherney Amhara

Born in St. Andrew Parish, Jamaica, Cherney Amhara has made significant strides in journalism. As a news anchor and reporter, she is recognised for her compelling storytelling and commitment to delivering impactful news

Fashion Excellence : Hope Blake Wade

Hope Blake Wade is celebrated for her innovative contributions to fashion and education. Co-author of The Wild Card and co-founder of the Get Your Teach On conference, she blends style with substance, inspiring many in the educational sector.
