Chef Noel Eggnog French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 slices of bread

Direction

  1. In a bowl whisk together egg, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
  2. Preheat lightly greased frying pan
  3. Dip one bread slice at a time in egg mixture, soaking for 5 seconds. Let excess drip off.
  4. 3. Place bread slices into a frying over medium turning once for 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy.
