- 1 egg
- ½ cup eggnog
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 slices of bread
- In a bowl whisk together egg, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
- Preheat lightly greased frying pan
- Dip one bread slice at a time in egg mixture, soaking for 5 seconds. Let excess drip off.
- 3. Place bread slices into a frying over medium turning once for 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy.
