In 2016, the Little Ochie Seafood Festival is scheduled for July 10, but it is always on the second Sunday of July. The location at Alligator Pond – named for the shape of the mountains nearby – is known for fishing rather than resort-style partying, and it’s here you can get the freshest seafood in Jamaica. During the festival, area cook shops and bars along the coastline offer foodies everything they could want in dining on great food in a relaxed beach environment.

About 365 Things to Do, See and Eat in Jamaica
Jamaica has so many unique foods, places and events to offer. These things are often missed by visitors to Jamaica and even locals. Our goal is to have you try new things and see what Jamaica has to fully offer with something to do 365 days of the year. Please note that these are all our opinions and we are always open to suggestions.
