Banana & Peanut porridge
Ingredients
2 finger green banana (cut up)
1 hand full of peanuts
1/4 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of whole milk
1 tsp of vanilla
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 small nutmeg grated
1/2 tsp mixed spice
2 cups of water
1/2 a can of sweat condensed milk
Method
Place a pot on the stove with the 2 cups of water, let the water boil, After the water boiled add all the spices and salt. Blend the banana, peanut, whole milk and coconut milk, after blend add it to the pot. mix it till it gets thick. Leave it to cook for 15 minutes on a medium size heat. After cooked sweetened with the condensed milk, leave it for 5 minutes to cook more. once done serve it into a big bowl.
