About the Author:
MaryKay Mullally is a life coach whose passion is health, wellness and nutrition.  She founded Step Up For Life, a beginner’s half marathon training program to empower women.  She is one of five winners of a national Picture of Health Competition sponsored by Prevention Magazine and ABC News Now, and is a co-author of the book “Wake up Women: Be Happy Healthy and Wealthy”.   Originally from Kingston Jamaica, she is a graduate of University of Miami where she earned a BS, MBA and MS in Information Systems.
