Usain Bolt, six-time Olympic champion runner, is preparing for the 2016 games in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, and he is sending out a warning to the competition: he plans to break his own record of 19.19 seconds in the 200 meters. That record has stood since August 2009, along with his record of 9.58 seconds in the 100 meters, which he set four days before at the World championships in Berlin, Germany. Bolt says he really wants to run the distance in fewer than 19 seconds, noting that this is one of his chief goals. It is one of the most difficult goals he has set for himself, but he thinks he can achieve it, as does his coach, Glen Mills. Bolt is also looking to be the first man to win three Olympic titles in a row in the sprint events and the 4×100 meter relay in 2016.
