Jamaica house fully bought, but owners wont leave

QUESTION: Dear Legal Wiz,
I finally finished paying for my house from the National Housing Trust, NHT. We got the letter of possession. The problem is there are tenants there from the previous owner and then the actual first owners still wont move. NHT has told me to carry the police and throw them out as they were the ones who went into NHT and offered to sell it. They also gave their word they would have moved.
Jon

RESPONSE: Dear Jon,
Did the NHT staff really tell you that you should carry the police and throw them out as they were the ones who went into NHT and offered to sell it? Your best and safest bet is to give everyone notices and take them to Court. It would be good to use an attorney.
