Our featured Caribbean recipe is Dominican Avocado Daiquiri, with avocado, lime juice, crushed ice and light rum.
- 2 avocados, halved, peeled and pitted
- 1 ½ cups light rum
- ½ – 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 quarts crushed ice
In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth, except ice. Serve immediately over crushed ice.
