I am not actually a tourist but I lived in Jamaica during 1996 as my parents were doing issionary work near Mandeville in anchester. I can honestly say that I had the best six months of my life living in Jamaica as an Australian and I am dreaming and saving up for the day when I may return.
I went to West I ndies College High School which was wonderful. The scenery and beaches were great, but is was the people that truly made it.
The Jamaican people are a unique race of people. They are the friendliest and most outgoing race of people I have ever met. Reach Falls, Negril Beach and Port Antonio are among my favourite places. I have seen many countries, but none have had the effect on me this tropical island has.
