Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism, The Hon. Edmund Bartlett, has hit the ground running following his reappointment to office last month. During his first visit to New York City, the Minister met with strategic tourism partners to discuss his plans to drive new markets and forge new partnerships to grow Jamaica’s tourism. Yesterday, his first stop was at the corporate headquarters of JetBlue, where he met with senior executives to outline his goals and chart a way forward to increase overall visitors to the destination. The Minister was accompanied by Director of Tourism Paul Pennicook, Deputy Director of Tourism Donnie Dawson and Tour Operator & Airlines Manager Francine Carter Henry.
