DESCRIPTION: Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial services to support the efficient operation of the Office
QUALIFICATIONS: Four (4) GCE O’Level/CXC General Proficiency subjects including English Language; Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognized training institution; Supervisory Management Training; Minimum three (3) years’ secretarial experience; Knowledge of HEART Trust/NTA’s Purchasing Procedures and Guidelines
