JOB TITLE: Data Processing Records Officer
LOCATION: Real Estate Board, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Performs records management functions in the Registry; Updates databases for the Real Estate Board & Commission of Strata Corporations Generates information and reports requested for Board Meetings and monitoring purposes; Performs records management function in the Registry; Prepares certificates and licenses for Real Estate Dealers and Salesmen; Updates website for the Real Estate Board and Commission of Strata Corporations; Maintains Value Book; Enters data relating to registration, licensing and other real estate transactions; Maintains database for register and directories of Dealers, Developers & Salesmen; Collates statistical/other data and assists in the preparation of reports and other documentation for Board meetings as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Records Management and Electronic Data Processing (EDP); Diploma/Certificate in Records Management form a recognized Institution would be a distinct advantage; or Diploma/Certificate in Computer Operations from a recognized Institution; Ability to manage large volume of work effectively and efficiently; Ability to conduct effective research; Good command of the Microsoft Office Suite; Keen attention to detail; Good interpersonal skills; High level of responsibility, confidentiality and integrity; Ability to work with minimum supervision
