Mango Smoothie


  • 2 or 3 mangos, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup milk (you may also use half regular milk and half coconut milk)
  • 8 ice cubes, crushed

  • Crush ice in blender
  • Add the mangos, orange juice concentrate, and milk to the crushed ice
  • Puree all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve as a smoothie
