JerkFest Toronto was held on August 5-7, 2016 at Centennial Park. It was the 15th year of the event. Attendees sampled a wide range of jerk food like chicken, pork, rabbit and even alligator. Not only was there delicious food but patrons got to enjoy great music. Friday’s performance included Grammy nominee Joe, American Idol winner Ruben Studdard and Toronto’s Queen of R&B Jully Black. Saturday’s and Sunday’s performance included Etana, Ammoye, Rev. Gerry Thompson, LUST, Full Sound, Circle 5 Band, Pan Fantasy, Level Exodus, D Lyfe, Spice Island Performers and Third World.
