A week in Negril

Dear Jamaica,
Thank you for the most relaxing week of my life. Your people are freindly, vegatation stunning, beaches gorgeous and coffee supreme. And I would be remiss not to mention the food, rum, and Red Stripe.

Many people warned us of the horrors of Jamaica when we chose our vacation and they were all wrong. The travel is a bit difficult between Montego Bay and Negril, and the vendors at roadside craft fairs can be overly aggresive. Other than these two minor negatives, Jamaica was wonderful. I will never forget Orin, Stephanie, Jules, and Danny Boy, a few of the great staff at “Beaches” in Negril. Everyday I will think of the crystal clear torquise ocean and inviting beaches that I had to leave behind.

If anyone out there is considering Jamaica as a vacation spot, I encourage you to go and expierience this wonderful piece of paradise. But don’t stay couped up in your resort all the time, while the resorts are wonderful treat yourself to some of the beautiful people that this country has to offer and travel beyond your resort.

Thank you Jamaica, It was Erie Mon
