R. McNeil – You need to find some local divers. Maybe someone who dives for a living? But the fish is really boney and thick texture. The spices where the best part.

D. Knudsen – I really love lionfish.. my new favorite.. meaty, not fishy and great brownstewed!

T. Reid – The lion fish is really ugly but u can get it alll over Clarendon
