Beat the summer heat with this cool and refreshing June Plum Drink. The June plum fruit is rich in calcium and has high levels of Vitamins A, K & C. It is a great antioxidant and a good source of iron.
Ingredients
- 12 June plum (wash and diced)
- 2oz ginger (washed, peeled and chopped )
- 10 cups water
- 1.5 cups granulated cups sugar
Direction
- Add all ingredients, in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Strain into a mug and sweeten with sugar to taste and put to chill. Enjoy
