Chef Noel Cunningham’s June Plum Drink

Beat the summer heat with this cool and refreshing June Plum Drink. The June plum fruit is rich in calcium and has high levels of Vitamins A, K & C. It is a great antioxidant and a good source of iron.

  • 12 June plum (wash and diced)
  • 2oz ginger (washed, peeled and chopped )
  • 10 cups water
  • 1.5 cups granulated cups sugar


  1. Add all ingredients, in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Strain into a mug and sweeten with sugar to taste and put to chill. Enjoy
