Have an adventure in the five-acre Mayfield Falls area, the wildest in the western part of the island. You can take restful walks along rivers and streams and enjoy several small cascading waterfalls along the way. You can also jump off a cliff (safely and under supervision, of course!) or do some cave diving. There are opportunities to experience local culture by learning some folk dances and how to cook some authentic Jamaican dishes. This is also the perfect spot for those who just want to hike, picnic or camp. After a day’s adventures, take advantage of the natural “jacuzzi.”
