Four Jamaicans Received Outstanding Leadership Awards at the Caribbean & African International Awards Gala

Jamaicans Colin Jarrett, Huntley Brown, Dr. Bertram Melbourne and  Jaye Lowe  received Outstanding Leadership Awards at the Caribbean & African International Awards Gala held on June 24th at Howard University Black Burn Center in Washington DC.  The Awards Gala was the climax to the week Caribbean & African International Faith and Community Leadership Conference which commenced on Sunday, June 21, 2015 in Washington DC.  The conference was designed to empower  leaders to be more conscious and proactive in fulfilling their kingdom assignment to those who are victims of human rights violations, incarceration, victimization, poverty and neglect among other social issues in the Americas, the Caribbean and the African Region. The gala honored outstanding servant leaders from Africa, the Caribbean and the United States that are engaged in transformational leadership and service to their community and nation.
