The Caribbean Journal has published its readers’ list of the 10 Most Romantic Islands in the Caribbean, and Jamaica was ranked in fourth place. Jamaica was cited for the Round hill and Half Moon resorts and for its hidden gems like Port Antonio. Readers rated Jamaica among the Top 10 Most Romantic Islands for its “bold sexy vibe and pulsing culture scene.” The entire list of readers’ romantic Caribbean island choices included Nevis in First Place, St. Lucia in Second Place, and Antigua in Third Place. These were followed by St. Martin, Barbados, Martinique, Harbor Island in the Bahamas, St. Barth, and Grenada.
