JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant to the Chairman
LOCATION: Council of Legal Education, Kingston
DESCRIPTION: Providing administrative and supervisory functions relative to the day-to-day operations; Coordinating the activities of the Chairman and enhancing the efficiency and operations of the office; Attending to personnel and other Council matters in implementing the policies of Council directed by the Chairman.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Studies/Business Administration; Highly developed computer skills including versatility with Microsoft Office Suite; Good interpersonal skills; Experience in office administration and ability to work on own initiative. The successful applicant will be expected to assume duties on May 4, 2015.
