JOB TITLE: Senior Management Analyst

LOCATION:  National Housing Trust, Kingston

DESCRIPTION: To lead a team of Management Analysts to perform business process reviews and recommend improvements to achieve the organization’s strategic and operational objectives; Assisting with the preparation of annual Operational Plan and Budget for the Unit; Monitoring the development and documentation of policies, processes, procedures, forms, checklists, organizational charts and job descriptions; Conducting Business Process Improvement (BPI) Reviews and performance management reviews of team members, as per standards, and Supervising assignments and projects, to ensure that the Unit’s quality and service standards are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS: BSc. Degree in Business or Management from a recognized institution; At least five (5) years’ experience in Management/Business Analysis or similar environment, and Experience as a supervisor or team leader; Knowledge of Business process improvement principles; Principles relating to writing reports, policies and procedures and designing process maps and forms; Information and Communication Technology (ICT) principles; Human Resource Management and change management principles; Financial management principles; NHT Act, policies and processes; Statistics and quantitative analysis techniques; Project management principles.; This job requires the incumbent to be exposed to highly confidential information, work beyond specified working hours, be on call in cases of emergency and occasionally travel to branch offices.
