Mi Luv it

I love Jamaica. I was born there, but I moved to the United States when I was sixteen years old. I went back last summer for two weeks. It was wonderful. The most memorable thing, other than visiting my grandmother, was my visit to Dunns River Falls.

The view there was breathtaking. My boyfriend and I made a chain with some other people to get to the top of the falls. It was a bit scary at first, but it was nice to know that I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. My boyfriend was even more scared than I was. When we got to the top, we sat down and just enjoyed the view. I didn’t want to leave that spot. We also went hiking up the Blue Mountain Peak. It was very tiring, but I knew what to expect because I had done this before when I lived there.

We didn’t have one boring day on our entire vacation there. From the trips to San San beach, Reach Falls and the multitude of other things, to the nightclubs at night, it was just nonstop fun and excitement.

My boyfriend and I plan to take another trip back again some day in the not so distant future. He loved it beyond words, and thanks me all the time for suggesting we take a vacation there. It was the most relaxing, enjoyable and wonderful vacation I ever took and can’t wait to go back.

Mi luv it.
