- ½ fit (almost ripe) medium breadfruit puréed or 1 cup breadfruit flour or
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup cornmeal
- ½ vanilla
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 5 cups water
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- Place all, except the nutmeg and cinnamon in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top before serving
